富士VX9600CTP冲出来的版子有白点,如图
 

有两种可能。1.版子原本就有白点(没爆光就有)2.ctp drum里有灰尘，小纸碎，，，

还有出版时可能说话或者有水溅在版材上，也可能造成白点。我们的9600就出过这种问题

这几种情况都在考虑1:上版时操作员的口水溅到版子上;2渝水洗大了跑到渝加热里;3制版机里灰尘,小纸宵。
操作步骤：1把预水洗适当减小；2用吸尘器把滚筒清浩
此种情况时有时没有，郁闷:electric_shock:

检查一下冲版机，看那些轮子上面有小沙立没有，有的话就察下机器，没的话，就检查暴光机，看那压轴上有小粉末没有，有，就察下，没的话，可能就是版材问提了

一般是滚筒里有脏东西,搞个强光手电,120流明以上的,往筒里照,里面的灰尘会象星星那样反光,很容易找到

你说的都对，是不是东上的冲版机？他的预水洗那最好改造一下，这个机器水很容易往预加热这边溅，另外如果某种规格的版频繁出现，你在上版曝光前仔细检查一下版面看一下是不是有白色干唾液状的东西，这是OC凸起故障也会产生这种问题。

我们的机器倒是没有出现楼主类似的白点，看到楼主的问题图片，估计是欲水洗的水溅到了预加热里。
两种解决方法：
1、将预水洗的水压调小点
2、将靠近预加热的预水洗水管拆掉:big_smile:

我现在也是用富士9600的机器，同一个时间段出来的版有些有白点，有的没有白点，你可以把文件重新RIP一次再出，也可能是你在爆光之后拿到冲版机上时你的口水溅到版材上，都是有可能出现白点的，

White spots - places in which there is no polymer.

1. Places are not lit

Dirt in a drum - plates negative - not lit places
2. Processor - after PreHit and wetting polymer soft enough also is probability, that something clings it or scratches.

On the size of spots more similar on absence of a flare.


These spots are displaced under the form or is constant in the same places?

You can take notice of the shape of those white spots, it's so clear that it is a water drop and made this form after the pressure of rollers. It should be some water drops in pr-heat section.:gloatingly_smile:

比如说：1、鼓里面有杂质，清洗下
2、定影头没整理干净，也换掉，而且要经常换
3、显影也换掉！

个人觉得这个和制版机器的关系不是很大(当然，也不能完全排除)，你重点检查下冲版机器，我见到过类似的情况，是冲版机器的棍子上沾上像显影液之类的东西或者其它的杂物。楼主可以将冲版机重新清洗下，看看有没有这种情况。如果没有的话，就再检查制版机器。不过我感觉和版材的关系很小。
