唉，我的柯达800II的激光器坏了,我不想找柯达修太贵了，有没有哪位大侠知道哪位会修。

激光头坏了好像没得修的吧 只能换吧， 但是能不能调数据再用这就要柯达的人看看才知吧
另外 你怎样知道是激光器坏了？报什么错误码啊

你能描述一下你的目前设备故障的现象吗？你是如何知道是激光器坏了的原因呢？

修肯定是能修的，只是没人会，但是柯达有卖就激光头的。

Check cables on the back of the head, maybe is some bad contact.
If you still have problems, you can contact us and we can repairt it with warranty

These are some of the possiblle issues wth the head;
-Exposure head reset with "head reset" command
-Faulty EH-BP (exposure head to backplane) cable
-Exposure head digital board faulty or not mounted correctly
-Faulty head
-Exposure head crashed or reset due to head firmware bug
-Faulty power supply (low +/-12V).
-Head firmware or LCA bundle not loaded completely, or corrupted.
Iam guessing you don't have a service contract, if not at least call in for remote support to check the head, hope fully its just a cable.

建议你抓紧时间要工程师上门检查，以便用最短的时间去解决问题

據说柯达的机器，激光头部分有自毁装置，外人修的话估计不行！为的就是防止别人拆开来研究，在保修器内应该都是直接换新的~:big_smile:
