有無b1051 神人 幫幫我
 

最近剛裝了一台b1051(新機) 可是一直有很多問題

首先mac電腦10.6版 居然都裝不起來 連原廠光碟 官方 ... 連mac工程師都說 驅動問題

有找 10.4 ~ 10.7版都不行 有灌起來 可是資料無法傳達 (WINDOS可以)

再來就是 容易J2101 紙張會卡滾筒分離爪

溫度降-10度後 有改善 可是色紙還是會jam

有無神手 能解決這兩問題

[Symptom]
Drum wrapping jam occurs when using specific paper.
[Cause]
Transfer value and transfer timing is inappropriate.
[Solution]
Change the transfer current value in the MICHINE screen as follows. (Transfer leading edge1, 2 only)
[Tray Setting]-[Change Set]-[Process Adj.]-[Transfer Offset Adj.]
Step1
Increase offset value at leading edge1. (by 10 step)
*: When belt separation and leading edge image quality were deteriorated, decrease the value.
Step2 (If Step1 is not effective)
Decrease the value of the leading edge1 and 2.
*: When the transfer fails at the leading edge section, increase the value.
Then, register the name of the paper. (Can be register up to 100)
Others
The symptom occurs at the burr of paper cutting area too. Turn around and feed the transfer paper. When jam does not occur, change paper setting direction so that the paper cutting area of the jam becomes the tailing edge of paper cutting area. Transfer value off set is the direction that the minus direction is improved.
Caution
Never perform the transfer current adjustment in service mode.

這好像似官方解決的方法
可是英文看不懂 有人能翻譯的嗎

1051是全新机
如果弄不好
可以换机吧
