施乐6060报003-393代码怎么解决
 

我们店的施乐6060机器，每天早上解除待机状态都会报003-393代码，以前的处理方法都是关一会机再开就好了，现在这个方法不行了，开老半天也开不起来，求救！最好有一劳永逸的解决方法，谢谢！

这个问题很棘手吗？渺似木有人来回答哦，机器停了几天了！

3-393 EPC Fan 1 Fail RAP
Description
Fault Code 3-393 indicates that the IOT PWB has detected an irregularity in rotation rate of EPC Fan 1.

Initial Action
Refer to BSD 3.4 in the following procedure

PO/PO the Machine

Fault Code 3-393 is still declared.
Yes No Unanswered

If an intermittent condition is suspected, inspect and reseat connectors P/J 654 and J382. If the fault persists, go to OF2 Intermittent Fault RAP.

+12 VDC is measured between J382-1 and J382-4 EPC Fan 1 Power Input.

Go to the LVPS A +12 VDC RAP.

+5 VDC is measured between J655-10 and GND.
Yes No Unanswered

Disconnect P/J655.

+5 VDC is measured between P655-10 and GND.
Yes No Unanswered

Replace the System PWB ( PL 19.2).

Perform the following:

Check the wire at Flag 1 in BSD 3.4 for a short circuit.

Replace the EPC Fan 1 ( PL 19.7).

+5 VDC is measured between J382-2 and GND.
Yes No Unanswered

Perform the following:

Replace the EPC Fan 1 ( PL 19.7).

Replace the System PWB ( PL 19.2).

Replace the Motherboard PWB Assembly ( PL 19.2).

Perform the following:

Go to Flag 2 in BSD 3.4 and check for an open circuit.

Replace the EPC Fan 1 ( PL 19.7).

Replace the System PWB ( PL 19.2).

该风扇位系统模块放置硬盘的位置。

图片好难弄，只能这样子上传附件了。

问题解决了，确实是EPC FAN2的问题。风扇不转了，拆下来清洁加上润滑油后，风扇能正常运转，症状消失。感谢zw9612......
