施乐4112分页器的怪异卡纸

这问题估计还没哪个修得好吧,这是走纸的问题,应该与软件有关

还有,你这问题没描述得更仔细,

还有,你这问题描述得不是很仔细,它应该是卡纸的时候,分页器里会反转一张张停在3b与3d之间,然后再2张纸一起向前走

软件的关系,这可都是原装分页器呀,开始7万张没一点问题,

Check Items
• EPaper Path for a foreign object/a burr/a piece of paper
• Punch Reverse Roll for dirt/paper particles/wear/a poor rotation
• T/A Roll 1 for dirt/paper particles/wear/a poor rotation
• Compile Exit Roll for dirt/paper particles/wear/a poor rotation
• S2 Gate for an improper operation
• Check the following for an open wire, short or poor contact. If the wires are good, replace the Compile
Exit Sensor (PL 17.2).
– Compile Exit Sensor J8054-2 to Finisher PWB J8014-29
– Compile Exit Sensor J8054-1 to Finisher PWB J8014-30
– Compile Exit Sensor J8054-3 to Finisher PWB J8014-28
• If the results of the above checks are OK, replace Finisher PWB (PL 17.3).
我也不太懂，代码表是这个，你自己查查看，实在不行就找上家

感谢兄弟，这代码我查了，就是找不出原因，传感器也换了，上家也问了，上家就一句话，分页器的问题，我无语

按楼主的描述不太像是机械上的问题，是不是先从设置和板上的一些插线是否松动上找找原因，对我们这些新手来说这个现象挺折磨人

一、换个电机试试；二、把763-386改为0试试

请问一下这763-386改为0是什么意思啊

电机就是卡纸位置轴的传动电机，皮带也顺便检查；763-386就是把卡纸那个位置的纸路缓冲功能关闭。
