施乐大风神4127分页器卡纸 代码012-102，012-151新手求助
 

各位师傅好，小弟遇到个非常头疼的事情，施乐大风神4127分页器卡纸，每次在打印几十几百张后出现卡纸，代码分别为012-102和012-151，这两个是分开出现的，以012-102居多，卡纸出现后就会一直卡，清除一次卡一次，哪位大师傅知道是什么原因吗？因为卖机器给我的厂家要我换3个杆子(3f/3g/3c)，换掉后一样的问题没有解决，我又不想发回去维修，所以希望有经验的师傅帮忙指点一二，万分感谢！

Punch Out Sensor does not turn ON a spec time after Decurler Out Sensor ON or Folder Exit Sensor ON.

Check Items
Folder Exit Roll for dirt/ wear/a poor rotation (with Folder)

Finisher Entrance Roll for dirt/paper particles/wear/a poor rotation

Paper Path for a foreign object/a burr/a piece of paper

Check for out-of-spec paper.

Check the following for an open wire, short or poor contact. If the wires are good, replace the Punch Out Sensor (PL 17.17).

Punch Out Sensor J8083-2 to Finisher PWB J8022-14

Punch Out Sensor J8083-1 to Finisher PWB J8022-15

Punch Out Sensor J8083-3 to Finisher PWB J8022-13

If the results of the above checks are OK, replace Finisher PWB (PL 17.3).



012-151 Compile Exit Sensor OFF Jam

Description
Compile Exit Sensor does not turn OFF a spec time after Compile Exit Sensor ON.

Main Paddle for a poor rotation

Eject Roll for dirt/paper particles/wear/a poor rotation

Check if a proper Nip operation is performed for paper ejection.

Paper Path for a foreign object/a burr/a piece of paper

Check for out-of-spec paper.

Check the following for an open wire or poor contact. If the wires are good, replace the Compile Exit Sensor (PL 17.2).

Compile Exit Sensor J8054-2 to Finisher PWB J8014-29

Compile Exit Sensor J8054-1 to Finisher PWB J8014-30

Compile Exit Sensor J8054-3 to Finisher PWB J8014-28

If the results of the above checks are OK, replace Finisher PWB (PL 17.3).

我也经常遇到这个问题，有的时候又一张不卡，我现在把调整分页器反面卷曲，能好一些，同求高人指点

主要是012-102的问题太频繁了，经常性的，感觉是纸出不来，没研究透是什么原因

气场不一样，这东西好比 你家里买两辆QQ 能比的上一辆二十几万的车子吗 ，只能说性价比好，用起来感受 ，用幸福感来表达的话，就是幸福感差！:gloatingly_smile:

你的问题是不是只有单面出现这个问题，双面没有的？

是双面的出现这些问题，单面的少

我觉得是不是纸张的问题呢，用80g的纸看看是不是会同样出现

不是纸张的问题。发现一个问题，如果打印的图像比较多就会卡，就一般的纯文字不会卡。，不知道这算不算

大神啊，快出江湖吧，我的机器也是同样的问题。。

我的也出过这问题，忘了代码了，打印满版黑就卡纸，后来把卡纸那地方的传感器擦了一下，就不卡了
