工作性质：美企“项目经理”。负责管理母公司在国内的印刷相关业务。
基本要求：倾向于招聘成熟人士。英语口语沟通无碍。懂印刷。本科以上学历，MBA 尤佳，5 年以上工作经验，能自我管理、自我驱动，有与工厂打交道的丰富经验。

Bilingual Mandarin/English！Experience in printing/packing industries is preferred!

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. The candidate should be familiar with the print/packaging manufacturing world and be able to help us manage our printing factories that we contract to manufacture products for our clients. We are looking for someone detail oriented and hardworking. Someone who is looking for an opportunity to be a part of an American and Chinese based young company that is growing rapidly. Responsibilities

Direct and oversee completion of production runs with several factories and industries (print and packaging mainly).
Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
Assess risks and establish contingency plans
Manage work and inputs from variety of involved parties
Manage timelines, quality and output of factories.
Negotiating and building relationships with factory representatives
Communicating with our USA based team and China based teams daily to drive successful outcomes on production runs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, Masters degree preferred
5+ years of experience in project management or printing/packaging industries
Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
Strong communication skills (English and Chinese) written and oral
Experience working with a team
