柯美 7000 温度传感器 温度
 

各位師傅

柯美7000 發生 3912錯誤
進I/O CHECK 45-00~14 查看温度传感器
TH1 255度 時 TS1 是 90度
TH2 140度時 TS2 只有 45度

這是正常嗎?

兩個溫度傳感器都是錯誤溫度?
那會不會是加熱燈管壞了?????

有没有保险，没有保险温度传感器坏了的话，很容易烧坏定影带，中间的温度和两边的温度差过大，也会出代码，，定影灯出问题，，那就心疼了哦:bad_smile::bad_smile:

我換了下燈管也一樣,是不是傳感器坏了..:nothing_to_say:

保險的温度和中間紅外传感器的温度差別多少才是正常?

这个不知道，代码3509就是温度差异异常代码，记得是两端和中间温度差异，不是保险，有保险的好处是不用担心带子被烧坏:cry::cry::cry:红外线传感器坏了的话，那个温度会上蹿下跳，变化之快和你的心脏跳动差不多:anger::anger:

我看到國外的這個文章
It turned out to be the limiter on the pressure roller.
The machine was going through the motions to retract the fuser pressure but it was going too far and touching the upper roller instead of a 3-4mm gap.
This appears to have caused heat transfer from the upper to lower and the machine has been trying to cool the lower when the "Warming up" message was on screen.

寫出可能是定影掍的压力, 不知要怎麼調整?

那我红外线传感器應該沒坏,代碼是3911,3912

結果是燈管坏了,換過就好了. 一直以為是传感器,謝謝各位大佬!!
