近日印刷一本发型画册,海德堡CTP输出,CD102机器.200线.20000份,128克金东太空梭双面铜板.印刷是脸部感觉有点脏的感觉,不够光亮.装订好后客户不满意评价如前.并且坚持退货.我们内部自己找了下原因------同文件出了套175线和200线的非林,颜色追样,但是感觉非林的效果反儿比CTP的好很多,尤其是面部的肤色.显得红润些.也就是说兰版网点比CTP少些.网点平滑点.但对照下面的10%左右的兰色区域,也没见有多少损失.现在的问题是我们的输出曲线不多么?非林的曲线是如何做到面部和其他区域的分开处理呢?恳请印前高手解答, 本人不搞印前,是做印刷的.对印前输出曲线懂一些.

Having a few questions to ask, you mentioned that the job was printed by CTP in the beginning, then output a set film and made the plate to compare the result. Whether your printing factory has both CTP and imagesetter?
You also mentioned in follow-up post that a digital proof was printed, this digital proof was printed by your company or supplied by the buyer?
Did you compare the tint output of CTP plate and the plate using film? Whether they are the same or different?
If your factory has both CTP and traditional plate making, sound like you having the mis-match of two different plate making process.
