Duties and responsibilities工作职责
1. Providing pre/post-sales technical assistance and product education. Develops and maintains positive customer relationship by ensuring that customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
提供售前售后的技术支持和产品应用指导。及时正确的处理客户诉求，发展保持良好的客户关系；
2. Cooperate with R&D department domestic and Head Office for facilitating process, product consolidation and development
与公司研发部门合作，优化技术流程，开发高新产品；
3. Support and assist Technical Service Manager during site customer visit
协助支持技术经理进行客户拜访；
4. Inform Technical Service Manager on any problems or unusual situations occur during product usage
对于产品使用过程中出现任何问题及异常及时汇报技术经理；
5. Proactive attitude to suggest improvements or actions for product developments
以积极的工作态度为产品研发提供改进意见；
6. Ensure reporting of customer visits, requests and complains
记录客户诉求，完成客户拜访报告；
7. Ensure all required product application reports are prepared on time, shared or stored in appropriate locations
确保产品使用报告准备及时准确；
8. Track trends in challenges and innovations in the market providing competitors analysis
进行市场及同业分析，及时了解市场及同业发展的变革趋势及发展动向。
Requirements 要求
Age年龄:
25-35 years old.25-35岁
Residence居住地:
Shanghai/Jiaxing. Other residence will be considered only for candidates from same industry sector. 上海、嘉兴，如为本行业专业人士，可放宽地域限制。
Education:
Bachelor/Master in technical degree. Non technical degrees should be considered if the work experience is good. 本科及以上，技术类专业， 如有丰富工作经验，可放宽学历限制
Work experience工作经验:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position and responsibility in a multinational company. 五年或以上相似岗位，跨国企业的工作经验。
Experience in chemical/ink/paint/printing companies is a plus.有在化学、油墨、油漆、印刷等行业工作经验的优先考虑
Skills技能:
· Excellent English language skills verbally, reading and writing, English is a MUST.
熟练应用英语(听、说、读、写)
· Excellent computer skills.
熟练掌握计算机应用技能
· Leadership skills.
具备一定的领导才能
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
善于人际交流沟通
· Technical /chemical background
技术/化学的专业背景
· Previous exposure to sales
一定的销售经验
Extra information其他要求:
· Travel required
需要经常出差
