Compile Exit Sensor does not turn ON a spec time after the start of punching.

• [012-019] Compile Exit Motor
• [012-106] Compile Exit Sensor
• [013-024/025] Transport Gate Solenoid
Check Items
• EPaper Path for a foreign object/a burr/a piece of paper
• Punch Reverse Roll for dirt/paper particles/wear/a poor rotation
• T/A Roll 1 for dirt/paper particles/wear/a poor rotation
• Compile Exit Roll for dirt/paper particles/wear/a poor rotation
• S2 Gate for an improper operation
• Check the following for an open wire, short or poor contact. If the wires are good, replace the Compile
Exit Sensor (PL 17.2).
– Compile Exit Sensor J8054-2 to Finisher PWB J8014-29
– Compile Exit Sensor J8054-1 to Finisher PWB J8014-30
– Compile Exit Sensor J8054-3 to Finisher PWB J8014-28
• If the results of the above checks are OK, replace Finisher PWB (PL 17.3).
