010-334 Heat Roll NC Sensor Broken Fail
· (Center Control Temp. Sensor 温度- Rear Control Thermistor 温度)连续10 次以上
为90 (NVM) ℃以上时。
· (Rear Control Thermistor 温度- Center Control Temp. Sensor 温度)连续10 次以上
为70 (NVM) ℃以上时。
原因/处理
1. 关闭电源， 然后打开。
2. 检查以下项目。
· Fuser Assembly 的安装不良。
· Fuser Assembly 与主机的Drawer Connetor ( DP/DJ600) 上有Pin 的弯折、异物混
入、烧毁等。
· Fuser Assembly DJ600 到MCU PWB J431 间电线的断线、短路或接触不良
检查后若无问题， 则依序更换下列零件。
· Fuser Assembly (PL 7.1)
· MCU PWB (PL 18.3)
