Regarding the kind of adhesive for the oil bottle, you should look for a strong protection, as UV Full Varnish, or even UV Process Varnish (the one we apply in Color Unit, not in Varnish Unit). Both liquids, Oils and Parfums, can damage the print surface, one with oil, the other one with the alcohol.
