077-107 Fusing Unit Exit Sensor Off Jam (Invert)

以 Face Down 输出开始送纸后经过规定时间，Fusing Unit Exit Sensor 仍未关闭。
注释 ：关闭电源时， 先关闭 Power Switch， 再关闭 Main Power Switch。

参照 BSD，检查与对象电子零件相关的连接器是否松脱。
原因 / 处理
检查以下项目。
· Fusing Unit Exit Sensor ： DC330[010-201] (PL 7.4)
· Invert Gate Solenoid：DC330[077-013] (Invert)、DC330[077-014] (Exit) (PL 16.5)
Invert Gate Solenoid 的线圈电阻 ： 约 30 Ω ( 线圈温度 20 ℃时 )
- TM Drive PWB J465-B14 Pin 和 J465-B13/B15 Pin
· Invert Motor ： DC330[077-009] (CCW)、 DC330[007-010] (CW) (PL 16.2)
Invert Motor 的线圈电阻 ： 约 5.5 Ω
- TM Drive PWB J466-10 Pin 和 J466-9/11 Pin
- TM Drive PWB J466-13 Pin 和 J466-12/14 Pin
· Release Invert Solenoid ： DC330[077-016] (PL 16.5)
Release Invert Solenoid 的线圈电阻 ： 约 36 Ω ( 线圈温度 20 ℃时 )
- TM Drive PWB J465-B11 Pin 和 J465-B12 Pin
· Invert In Roll、 Invert Roll 及 Pinch Roll 的脏污、 磨损、 因劣化而输送不良。
· 纸张路径的异物、 粗糙边缘等导致输送不良。
· 驱动齿轮的磨损。
· 使用规格外纸张。
检查后若无问题，则依序更换下列零件。
