SOLUTION: Special firmware (C12-CMV0) is available to keep M11 (Transfer Belt Cooling Fan) on for a period after the copy process has completed. This
helps keep the internal temperature at normal levels. This firmware can be download from the NSSG website or the [[Konica Minolta FTP site| URL
