奇怪的问题，我们的机器打印双面时机器就报这个代码，打印四号纸盒的时候，机器又会莫名其妙选5号纸盒走纸，还会自动选择涂层纸2，(4号纸盒绝对有纸)。导致我的普通纸打出来都是皱的。。。急求解决方法！！

这个最好还是把打印机的自动选纸设置好。要么就取消自动选纸。

这是设置的问题，
一、如果使用的是PS驱动的话，打印时应该指定纸张的质量，默认设置为disabled.
二、机器设置的问题，

当执行自动双面打印时，打印驱动或机器任一设置不正确都会出现这个代码，
且打印命令失败或导致卡纸或出现质量问题。

好像以前看到这样一个文件，记不太清了，明天再找一下看。

谢谢大家，这台机器以前在我们总店完全正常的，搬到分店后就发生了奇怪的问题，开机以后橙色的“积累文书”指示灯就一直亮着，这个灯照例应该只在扫描了文件还没发送的时候才会亮。
然后我在打印驱动里选择好4纸盒，纸型是无法选择的，因为纸型设置是在6550机器上设定的。然后我确认打印后，机器会自动从5纸盒走纸，这个情形实在太奇怪了。
我用的是PS驱动，现在只能用5旁路纸盒打印，可以在驱动里选纸型，但是只能单面打印，很郁闷啊。
