In Punch Mode:

Regarding large paper, Compile Exit Sensor does not turn ON a spec time after the start of punching.

Check Items
Paper Path for a foreign object/a burr/a piece of paper

Compile Exit Roll for dirt/paper particles/wear/a poor rotation

Check for an improper Nip operation.

Eject Roll for dirt/paper particles/wear/a poor rotation

Sensor Actuator for an improper operation

Check for out-of-spec paper.

Check the following for an open wire, short or poor contact. If the wires are good, replace the Eject Sensor (PL 17.24).

Eject Sensor J8039-2 to Finisher PWB J8013-7

Eject Sensor J8039-1 to Finisher PWB J8013-8

Eject Sensor J8039-3 to Finisher PWB J8013-6

If the results of the above checks are OK, replace Finisher PWB (PL 17.3).
