i think ai & Pdf feature "Transparency" issue.
what kind of your RIP, EFI, EFI(embedded),Creo, KM brands??
it is true support PDF 1.4 or above??

if your RIP unsupport PDF 1.4 or above??
if you want safey to digital printing.

ai print -> setting Transparency Flattener option -> high resolution

acro print -> setting Transparency Flattener option -> high resolution
remark: please don’t direct drop PDF file to RIP hotfolder or queue,
because your RIP unsupport PDF 1.4 or above!!

IC30x??, IC50x?? what kind of your RIP name??

first, contact your KM retailer upgrade or update your RIP software. (updater or patch) "may be RIP bug!!"

second, i think you have "fix on your ai file" only.
