The output speed of CTcP also depends on the sensitivity of the PS plate. Need to use the high sensitivity PS plate to get the output speed. If using normal sensitiviy plate then the trade off also in speed. How much would be the speed reduced? This all depends on the plate coating sensitivity. CTcP also using square dot, because the UV pass thru the DMD and the shape of the DMD is in square. The advantage of the new generation CTcP is the light source power is not more 800W, it is just 400mW (?, not sure) and the light source is an digital vs the old type UV lamp (analog). The output would be more stable and the life of the light source a much longer. The old type UV lamp need to be replaced in every 2000 hours. |

总之,看自己的需要,ctp版材可能还会降,但很难大降了,原因嘛,很多朋友也都说了,工艺、成本等因素以及ctp竞争毕竟还没有传统ps版竞争激烈 这个不必担心,ps版的耐印力你应该还是了解的,不过不同的就是,ps版抽真空,而ctcp就不抽真空了,所以药膜面有一定的要求,太软就会容易划伤,不耐印,华光的uv-p版不错,只是感度有部分用户反映不够高,呵呵,阴图版还在改进,相信到时候感度会有很大提高。 此帖于 2010-03-27 21:36 被 icest 编辑. 原因: 短时间回复应合并 |
