On 15 January 2008, Oce and Konica Minolta announced three agreements in sales and distribution and R&D:

* Konica Minolta will offer its entire range of office products and solutions to Oce on an OEM basis.
* Konica Minolta will supply light-production printing systems to Oce, while Oce will supply mid- and heavy-production printing systems to Konica Minolta.
* Both companies will create a joint R&D team to develop technology road maps for light and midrange production presses.
