In normal working environment, 0/45 is good enough. The sphere spectrophotometer is mainly used for measuring special color and rough surface such as jean, wood...etc. So, you should talk with you client and how about the setting of your colorimeter or spectrophotometer? 2 degree, D50,...... You can confirm those setting first.
