最近已经出现过几次的C-4501的问题， 没在意。
昨天晚上更换的碳粉，DEVELOP以及传送带，结果晚上打印就出现了横向重影。
并且C-4501的问题更加严重了，上午都没法开机了。 终于开机了，A4能正常打印，但是A3打印总是重影了。
查了下，错误代码是激光矫正马达， 激光矫正传感器Y色的问题。

求高手，急！

i want more detail your issue.

i have upload picture to you,
you can clear the sensors, may be it had very dirty.
after you test again, if error again, you will replace new Y laser unit?

刚跟技术人员确认了下， 跟幅面没有关系，都是第一张是好的。
第二张就重影了。

打出来就跟上传图片的样子。


另外，那个C-4501的错误不知道是不是引起重影的原因。

刚刚我们发现硒鼓有问题，手工试着擦洗都不干净。
试着把原来的硒鼓换回去，重影问题解决了。

C-4501的问题可能还会有，但是至少能够正常打印。

我上传了新硒鼓的照片，请帮我看看这硒鼓是不是有问题，能不能尝试修复下。
我的硒鼓是买的全新的日本货。

if you install new Drum, you must remove 2 screws.
have you missing this step?

重新释放了螺丝钉，重影问题解决了。

you can upload your "listprintA03UM800000xx_2009_1203_1816.txt" to CPC, same you upload photo to CPC method.

your listprint had small size, about 380kb-420kb.
so that easy upload to CPC.

你传的图片不是很清楚，这应该是黑色鼓的问题，你把黑色套鼓和其他颜色换下试试。

4501应该是激光有问题。应该跟感光鼓没有关系

我说的是重影，4501是激光器分度传感器问题。。。。。。。

把黄色的激光头换在c色看看有无4503就知道是不是激光了
