Detection Condition
During the Registration operation, the Regi Out Sensor did not turn ON within the specified time after the Regi Sync signal is ON.

Note
When the NVM DC131 [742-505] is "0", this Fail is a hidden failure. When the NVM is "1", it is a Jam (Dynamic) failure.

Warning
Before doing any procedure other than such checks as diagnostic ones that are made with the machine alive, be sure to turn OFF the machine.
